Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO) · Openings: 01 · Salary: 30,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND/month (negotiable by capability)

📝 Job description

• Run all business & operations; build growth strategy, business plans, revenue & profit targets.
• Set up and standardize operating processes for all departments (Restaurant–Café, Accommodation, Education, STEM & Life Skills, Customer Care, Marketing–Sales, HR-Admin).
• Build KPIs; manage revenue, cost, budget and investment efficiency.
• Grow the partner network (schools, tour operators, businesses, organizations) and report to the Board.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; min. 5 years in operations/management at resorts, hotels, tourism areas, farmstays or service complexes.
• Big plus: experience building an operating system from scratch.
• Business, leadership and decision-making mindset; strong planning, finance and HR management.
