📝 Job description

Manage daily restaurant operations; coordinate and supervise service, cashier, bar staff and work closely with the kitchen.
Build schedules, assign shifts, control service quality, food safety and the restaurant's image.
Control materials, goods, wastage and operating costs; track revenue and report periodically.
Handle customer feedback; train staff in skills and communication.
Organize parties, conferences, team building, school programs and tour groups; propose revenue solutions.

College degree or higher; min. 3 years managing or supervising a restaurant.
Preference for candidates from hotels, resorts or tourism areas.
Strong organization & staff coordination; quick communication and problem-solving; professional and responsible.

Salary 20–25M/month + revenue bonus; full social insurance.
Professional, dynamic, stable environment; clear promotion path toward F&B Manager.
